Dezign Matrix is a full-service turnkey interior design and architecture firm based in Delhi NCR. We offer end-to-end solutions including residential interiors, commercial spaces, modular kitchens, false ceiling & lighting design, and complete renovation services — from concept to final handover.
We primarily serve Delhi NCR — including Delhi, Noida, Greater Noida, Gurgaon, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad. For select premium projects, we also work outside NCR. Contact us to discuss your location.

Design Process
Our process has 5 clear steps: (1) Free Consultation — we understand your vision and budget. (2) Concept Design — mood boards, layouts, and 3D visualizations. (3) Design Approval — refinements and material selection. (4) Execution — on-site construction and installation. (5) Handover — final walkthrough and quality check before handing you the keys.
Yes! We provide detailed 3D visualizations of your space before any physical work begins. This allows you to see exactly how your space will look, make changes, and give final approval — ensuring zero surprises during execution.
Minor changes during execution are accommodated wherever possible. However, major structural or design changes after approval may affect cost and timelines. We encourage thorough discussion during the design phase to avoid mid-project revisions.
Not at all! That's the beauty of our turnkey model. Our site supervisors manage day-to-day execution, quality checks, and vendor coordination. We send you regular progress updates and photos so you're always in the loop — without any hassle.
Timeline & Delivery
Timelines depend on project size. A standard 2–3 BHK apartment typically takes 45–60 days after design approval. Larger villas or commercial projects may take 3–5 months. We always commit to a delivery date upfront and stick to it.
On-time delivery is a core commitment at Dezign Matrix. In the rare case of a delay due to unforeseen circumstances (weather, supply chain), we immediately communicate with you, revise timelines transparently, and take full accountability.
Typically, site work can begin within 7–10 working days of design approval and initial payment. Material procurement and team mobilization happen in parallel so there's no unnecessary waiting.
Our site teams work 6 days a week to maintain project momentum. If a client needs weekend consultations or site visits, we accommodate that as well. We're flexible because we understand your time is valuable.
Materials & Quality
We work with a carefully curated set of trusted brands — from premium plywood (Century, Greenply) to hardware (Hettich, Hafele), paints (Asian Paints, Berger), and tiles (Kajaria, Somany). All materials are selected for durability, aesthetics, and value for money.
Absolutely. Client preferences are always respected. If you have specific brand requirements or want to personally select materials during shopping, we encourage it. Our team will guide you through the selection process to ensure quality and compatibility.
Yes. We provide a workmanship warranty on our completed projects. Modular furniture and fittings come with manufacturer warranties. Any post-handover issues related to our work are addressed promptly — our relationship with clients doesn't end at handover.
Quality is non-negotiable for us. We have dedicated site supervisors on every project, regular quality audits at each milestone, and a strict material verification process. Before handover, a thorough snag list inspection is done to ensure everything meets our high standards.
